Packages shipped using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail usually arrive within 6-10 business days after they are shipped.
We strive to fulfill your order correctly and quickly. In order to maintain the best service, we have set guidelines in our order processing. To thoroughly process your order we need several key elements from you. All must be valid and are listed as follows: first name, last name, email address, phone number, billing address, and a delivery address if different from the billing address.
We ship via USPS, so a valid postal address is required for all orders. We cannot Ship to PO Boxes using USPS. FedEx® may be used for special orders, but additional fees may be required.
You have 30 days after ordering to contact us if you have not received your product. If we have confirmation your package was delivered we are no longer responsible for your product.
FedEx® will make three attempts to deliver your order before the package is returned to the company; USPS will make one attempt.
Customers are issued a refund if their package is returned (less shipping).
If you entered the wrong address on our order form and we are forced to reship your package, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge equal to your original order.
eGlobal Natural Health is proud to offer international shipping to almost any country in the world! Taxes and duties for International orders are not included in the shipping charge. Customers are responsible for any additional Customs fees.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. At times, custom policies may also delay the delivery of your package.
All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. eGlobal Natural Health has no control over customs duties or import fees, and cannot predict their cost.
- Shipments to Australia & New Zealand
Please be aware that shipments to Australia and New Zealand will often take longer than the estimated transit time above. Delays of 1 to 2 weeks past the estimates are not uncommon for these areas.
- Shipments to South Africa
Please be aware that shipments to South Africa will often take longer than the estimated transit time above. South Africa customs processing is very slow and can often add 2-3 extra weeks to estimated delivery times.
- Shipments to Africa, India, Middle East, Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia
While most packages shipped to these areas are delivered without problems we cannot guarantee delivery or insure these shipments. Often times, shipments to these areas take much longer, even being delayed up to six-eight weeks. We will make sure your order is shipped correctly and in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed during transit to Africa, India, the Middle East, Philippines, Indonesia or Malaysia.
Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country, and it is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the importation of our products. We do not encounter problems with Customs when shipping to most countries.
If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and is returned to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less shipping costs and any Customs fees charged to E Global Communications by your country.
If the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue you a refund. Most orders are held by Customs for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. Please contact the Customs Office in your country about duties and fees before ordering, as we are not responsible for these charges.
If your package is delivered to you and USPS or FedEx® has paid the Customs fees on your behalf, to ensure prompt delivery of your order, you will be responsible to pay the custom fees to USPS or FedEx®.
All of our products sold internationally are meant for personal use.
We have designed the Auto-Ship Refill Program to make it easy to stay compliant with your nutritional support and vitamin supplementation needs.
- You can enroll via (at checkout) or by calling our customer service at 800-507 0448.
- Auto-Ship subscriber must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card.
- We will use your current credit card information. You will need to provide us with updated credit card information so that we can continue to ship according to schedule. If the information you provide us is incomplete or inaccurate, we will not be able to process your order until we have the correct information. As your information changes, including address for shipment or credit card billing address and/ or credit card expiration date, you must notify eGlobal Natural Health Customer Service by calling 800-507 0448.
- All private information supplied to us, will be protected by secured transaction vendors, and will remain private.
- You will receive your selected eGlobal Natural Health product(s) until you cancel the auto-ship process.
- The minimum enrollment period is three (3) months of auto-ship orders after your first auto-ship order.
- eGlobal Natural Health will not be responsible for delays in shipment due to non-payment or the failure to update your credit card information with us.
- eGlobal Natural Health reserves the right to change these terms at any time. eGlobal Natural Health may notify all subscribers when there are changes to the auto-ship terms and conditions of the program.
- You may cancel your enrollment in the Auto-Ship Refill Program by calling800-507 0448.
- You may change your vitamin order any time before the order is shipped. The requested order change(s) will apply to the next scheduled auto-ship order provided we receive your changes prior to the next scheduled shipment.
- UPS Group ships your orders. You should receive your 30 or 90-day order shipment within 5 to 7 days from the date of shipment depending on the area of the country you reside in (West Coast, Central, or East Coast). This can also vary based upon holiday volume and unforeseen UPS or transit issues.
- To become a member of the Auto-Ship Refill Program you must select this option by clicking on the designated check box on the checkout stage of your order.
- The credit card used in your last transaction will be the credit card of record for the auto-ship feature.
- You will receive an email confirmation. If you have not provided an email address your auto-ship confirmation will be your packing slip, which is included in your order.
- You will continue to receive your selected dietary supplement(s) every month until we receive notice of cancellation from you directly by calling our Customer Service Department,800-507 0448.
AUTO-SHIP FEES AND PAYMENTS
- Your credit card will be billed for your supply of eGlobal Natural Health product(s) upon shipment each month. You shall pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred. All fees and charges shall be billed to and paid for by you.
- You agree to pay all shipping and handling charges when applicable.
AUTO-SHIP CANCELLATION AND PROGRAM FEEDBACK
- You may cancel your membership in the Auto-Ship Refill Program at any time, provided you notify eGlobal Natural Health by calling customer service at 800-507 0448.
- eGlobal Natural Health reserves the right to cancel for non-payment due to expired credit card information. You must notify eGlobal Natural Health of a change in address or credit card information, by updating your account online or calling customer service.
- If you choose to cancel the auto-ship program you will be charged the regular price for all purchases made on/and subsequent to your cancellation date.
Please Note: We are able to discount the products purchased on auto-ship, based on a projected savings in expenses in administration of the website and with our vendor partners which includes the manufacturing facility and the fulfillment house (packing and shipping). If you choose to cancel the auto-ship feature you will not be able to sign-up again until three months of regular priced purchases. Continued activation and cancellation of this customer driven, money saving program will increase expenses and over time, will cause the retail price to actually increase instead of decrease. Thank you in advance for your support in the Auto-Ship program.
- eGlobal Natural Health reserves the right to terminate your auto-ship program if you no longer agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

To exchange or return an item purchased from our website, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call
800-507 0448 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST to get a return authorization number. Customer is responsible for paying own shipping costs.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN PERIOD
Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within 90 days from the date of receipt.
Some items cannot be returned, including: • Automatic Reorder products• Free or no-charge products• Items that are damaged or abused after receipt.
There may be a $10.00 restocking fee for any item returned that was not an error on the part of eGlobal Natural Health.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND BUNDLES
As a benefit to our customers, eGlobal Natural Health occasionally offers promotional items and savings with a purchase or enhanced savings on a bundle of items when they are purchased together. Any promotional item is NOT eligible for return. Any item in a discounted bundle will be ‘credited’ at the discounted rate.
